Customer Register

On this page, all the organization's customers can be registered, as well as those involved in the transactions that have taken place.

It is currently possible to register the following:

• Individual persons

  • Customer (individual person)

  • Representatives of individual persons or organizations

  • Beneficial Owners

• Organizations

  • Customer (organization)

  • Organizations holding shares in the capital of other organizations

The registration process starts by creating a "Quick Registration", which allows you to quickly create an individual person/organization in the system. To do so, you only need to fill in the type of person, their name and VAT identification number.

After creating the person, they will be available in a table, and the questionnaire that concerns them can be accessed through the "▶" button.

In the case of organizations, after submitting the questionnaire, all the registrations of their beneficial owners and/or representatives will automatically be created.

Already submitted questionnaires can be viewed using the "👁" button.

Note that the registration of an organization is only truly completed after the submission of the respective questionnaire and all the questionnaires of its beneficial owners and representatives.

Delete records

You can use the “🗑️" button to delete records.

However, it is important to note that a record can only be deleted if it is not referenced by other records. If you try to delete a record that is referenced, the application will show you all the records that reference it and that need to be deleted/changed beforehand.

A beneficial owner/representative of a company has changed, how can I delete the previous person's record?

In this case, you must change the company's questionnaire, updating its beneficial owners/representatives. After the change, you should now be able to delete the registration of the previous beneficial owner/representative, assuming that this is not referenced in other organizations registered by you.
